From GPS vehicle tracking, to video and audio monitoring, the safety of our passengers is first priority. GPS TRACKING

Transport Care Services currently use Trapeze Driver Mate for AVL and GPS tracking. This technology allows TCS to monitor the drivers location as well as the entire route taken during a service call.

Transport Care Services is currently utilizing ESI to capture which staff member is logged into the phones, how many calls are coming in, and the average time per call. The system also monitors which calls were not answered and placed as a priority for a returned phone call.

PASSENGER SAFETY

TCS utilizes Apollo software for live feed video and audio monitoring for it’s larger bus routes and transport contracts for highly populated transportation routes. Video and Audio is stored via hard drive for up to 30 days.
