TCS Awarded Managing Contract of DART Paratransit Services

Transport Care Services will oversee all logistic and managing duties relating with DART Paratransit Services in Columbia, South Carolina.  Overall services will include, management of call center, dispatch, scheduling, reservation, customer service, supervision and “Where’s My Ride” calls.  In addition,  TCS will be in charge of staff at the Transit Center and handle all ticket sales. Employment of staff will be the responsibility of TCS including the hiring, recruiting, firing, and training of staff at the Transit Center.
